At Unlimited Home Decor, we pride ourselves in how fast our orders ship out, but for this reason we cannot guarantee that orders placed on our website will be able to be cancelled before the order ships. So, please carefully review your order before submitting to prevent need for cancellation. Please note that while we do offer free shipping, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost incurred on orders that are cancelled after they have shipped out.
Claims: Our merchandise is properly packed for shipment; therefore, our responsibility ceases on delivery of merchandise to the carrier. All claims for DAMAGES, BREAKAGE, or SHORTAGES occurring during transit must be report by UnlimitedHomeDecor.com with the DELIVERY CARRIER. Upon receipt of merchandise for a concealed damage claim, merchandise must be checked 6 days within receipt of merchandise or the damages become the responsibility of the customer. If merchandise is received damaged and a claim is filed in the allotted time, all items must be returned in the original packaging or claim will be denied automatically.
Returns: Returns are accepted 14 days from the purchase date. Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization number by emailing us at email@example.com. Your order number is required.
We will provide the correct address for your return when we provide your RMA number. Packages that are returned unauthorized or to an unauthorized location will be refused.
Return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. A 35% restocking fee is charged. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. We must RECEIVE the package within 14 days from the purchase date. Refunds are only issued once we have received the merchandise. Pack your shipments well, merchandise damaged from inadequate packaging is non-refundable. Shipping is non-refundable. Actual product color may vary slightly as viewed on different monitors and browsers. Refunds are not honored on slight color variations.
No merchandise may be returned without prior written return authorization. Request for returns of defective merchandise must be submitted in writing to the support department at firstname.lastname@example.org within 6 days of purchase date. All efforts will be made to correct the problem in the field. If the problem cannot be resolved, an RMA will be issued. Upon receipt of the RMA, please pack merchandise in ORIGINAL FACTORY PACKAGING for shipment. Upon inspection of merchandise, the manufacturer will repair or replace. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS OR COLLECT RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED.
Returns will be authorized for defective merchandise. Any merchandise returned will be issued for cost of goods minus a 35% restocking fee.
ALL IMAX WORLD WIDE merchandise is eligible for return ONLY if the merchandise is defective. Due to manufacturer policy all items that are not defective can not be returned.
Product Specifications: Unless otherwise noted, all glass, ceramic, porcelain and metal items are for decorative use only. As indicated on the product detail page certain product lines are handmade. Sizes are approximate. Color variations and imperfections are the characteristics of hand craftsmanship.

- Some of our items ship "Signature Required", so someone will need to be present to sign for order upon delivery.
- Larger orders that ship out via freight carrier are not eligible for "no signature required", and someone must be home to accept and sign for delivery. (you will be able to schedule a convenient day/time for delivery with the shipper)
