How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?

Currently we ship to the continental US and Canada.

Continental US

Free Shipping on all orders $45 and over!!! Flat rate of $4.99 on all other orders. Includes all shipments within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping is automatically applied at Checkout. Orders under $45 will have a $4.99 flat shipping fee. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Feel free to email us at with any questions. We will always try to get back with you right away, but at most we will respond within 1 business day. As indicated on the product detail page all order ship usually within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Most smaller items will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.
  • Some of our items ship "Signature Required", so someone will need to be present to sign for order upon delivery.
  • Larger orders that ship out via freight carrier are not eligible for "no signature required", and someone must be home to accept and sign for delivery. (you will be able to schedule a convenient day/time for delivery with the shipper).
Orders Shipped to Canada

Please submit a Shipping Quote Request by clicking the link and filling out the form. A quote will be created and emailed back to you for your approval. If you approve shipment an invoice for your order will be emailed to you for payment via PayPal. Once payment has been received we will fulfill your order and email you with a tracking number. All Shipments will be mailed via FedEx.

Canada shipping rates include duty and brokerage, which are billed to Unlimited Home Decor. Free shipping discounts and offers listed on our website or on social media do not apply to Canada shipments.

All items ship to Canada from the US. All prices shown are in US dollars. Your order's shipping cost will include any added shipping and handling cost incurred, as well as duties, taxes, and brokerage. These will be billed to Unlimited Home Decor.

For the Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, and Vancouver metropolitan areas, allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery of stocked items. For other metropolitan areas, allow 3 -4 weeks for delivery of stocked items. Express shipping is not available.

Please note all shipments are shipped Monday - Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.

I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
